order forms available in class or in the lobby on the night of the
performance.
Dress
Rehearsal -
Attendance at dress rehearsal is mandatory. Students should come to the rehearsal in costume, with the
same tights, shoes, and hairstyle that will be worn in the performance.
Audience
Etiquette: - Audience members are encouraged to clap during a
dance as difficult technical steps are executed, and of course, as each
dance is finished. To exclaim "Bravo!" is also acceptable
at the end of a piece. However, whooping, hollering out names, or
cheering is a show of bad manners. Please save these types of
enthusiasm for sporting events.
Volunteers
are needed to collect tickets and pass out programs before each
performance. There will be a
sign up sheet on the bulletin board for anyone who is willing to help out.
The
recital is open to the public and will be publicized in the local
newspapers. Please feel free to invite your relatives and friends.
